Dan Miller was raised in Chesapeake, Virginia. He graduated from Norfolk Collegiate School in 1985, and graduated from Oxford College in 1987 with an Associate of Arts degree. Dan went on to graduate from Emory University in Atlanta in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Philosophy and Sociology. From 1989 to 1995 Dan played drums in a band based in Atlanta Georgia where he toured the College Circuit throughout the Southeastern United States. In 1997 Dan attended Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan. Dan graduated a semester early and was admitted to practice law in Virginia in November 1998.
In 1998, Dan was hired by Michael I. Ashe where he laid his foundation focusing on Criminal and Traffic cases. Dan is an active member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Trial Lawyers, the Norfolk/Portsmouth Bar Association, the Virginia Beach Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is licensed to practice in all state and Federal Courts in Virginia. In 2001, Dan founded Dan Miller and Associates. He currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Amy, daughter Hayden, and son Max.

Chris Reagan was raised in Newport News, Virginia. He graduated from Hampton Roads Academy in 1985. He graduated from Villanova University in 1989 with a degree in political science and history. Chris then attended George Washington University and attended the Elliott school of Foreign Service. Chris attended Thomas Cooley Law School, was in law review and on the Moot Court board. Chris graduated and was admitted to practice law in Virginia in February 1997.
In August 1998, Chris was hired by the Public Defenders office in Suffolk, Virginia. Subsequently, Chris left for private practice with Miller, Reagan & Associates in November 2002. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association and the Newport News Bar Association. Chris currently resides in Newport News and heads up the Newport News branch office.

Bernard ( Barney) Miller was raised in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Boys High in 1954. Barney attended Brooklyn College in 1954, which was interrupted in 1957 when Barney entered a tour of Duty as naval pilot aboard the Intrepid. Barney was honorably discharged from the Navy and graduated from Brooklyn College in 1960 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
Barney graduated from the New York University School of Law in 1964. He was admitted to practice law in Virginia in February 1965. In 1965, Barney was hired by Moody, Maddox, Young and West. In 1973, Barney made partner and the firm name changed to Moody, McMurran, and Miller. In 1982 Barney formed the law firm of Miller and Bondurant and subsequently retired in 1994. Barney was a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers, American Trial Lawyers, Certified as a civil trial advocate, and was admitted to practice before the fourth Circuit of Appeals, the Western District of Virginia Federal Court, and the United States Supreme Court. Barney has also lectured for the Virginia Trial Lawyers and Virginia State Bar in civil procedure. Barney currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Caroline.
