Jameson Goodell grew up right outside Richmond, VA, in a small city called Short Pump. He graduated from Virginia Military Institute (VMI) in 2014 majoring in International Studies and Arabic Language and Culture. During his time at VMI, Jameson got to study in Morocco and was active in the Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (ROTC) program.
Mr. Goodell attended George Mason University School of Law. While in law school, he completed internships with the Fairfax Public Defender's office, a law firm specializing in immigration appeals, and a legal clinic providing pro bono legal services to veterans in family law, landlord/tenant, and veteran's benefits cases.
Mr. Goodell graduated law school in 2017 and gained admission to the Virginia State Bar that same year. He is licensed to practice in all Virginia State and Federal Courts. Upon admission, Mr. Goodell practiced at a general practice law firm in Norfolk, VA doing civil litigation work in a variety of areas including Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Family Law, and Business Disputes.
Mr. Goodell is an Associate Attorney with The Law Office of Daniel J. Miller since September 2021, where he focuses his practice primarily on Family Law and general Civil Litigation, handling cases in all courts in the Hampton Roads area. Mr. Goodell resides in Norfolk with his wife and two dogs called “Roxxie” and ”Daisy”. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, going to good restaurants, and spending time with his family.
