Gina Grant

Gina joined The Law Offices of Daniel J. Miller in August 2024 and brings a wealth of experience, a calm professionalism, and a client-centered approach to our Family Law team. A proud Guam native, Gina previously lived in Massachusetts, where she supported potential homeowners through the mortgage origination process and handled a wide variety of banking products.

Coming from a strong family of Veterans, Gina and her spouse relocated to Virginia in 2014 after her spouse accepted a new opportunity. Virginia Beach’s deep appreciation for military families made it the perfect place to call home.

Gina has built a diverse and impressive career grounded in customer service and court operations. Before joining The Law Offices of Daniel J Miller, she served as both a Deputy Clerk and a Docket Clerk with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, giving her hands-on courthouse knowledge that is invaluable to our clients. She also has extensive experience in collections and client relations, allowing her to guide families through sensitive legal matters with empathy and precision.

Outside of the office, Gina enjoys cooking, spending time with her two family dogs, and visiting Richmond to spend time with her daughter, who attends VCU.
